The Future City
In our fourth episode of “Fighting 40%” we talk about the future of cities from the aspects of politics, density, mobility and participation. What should be the goals for young architects in the future? It’s time to question “non-negotiable truths” in architecture and to fundamentally rethink the practice.
Our guest Angelika Hinterbrandner works as a freelance editor, project manager and digital strategist—mainly but not exclusively—in the field of architecture. Her works deal with the influence of the economy, digitalization and politics on space.
She studied architecture at the Graz University of Technology and at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, gained experience as an architect while working for MVRDV, Buchner Bründler Architekten or Brandlhuber+ and is part of Kontextur, a digital magazine spinning around architecture.
